- Account Information: Name, email address, and company name when you create an account or join our waitlist.
- Payment Information: Credit card or other payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card numbers on our servers.
- Content and Inputs: Data, text, documents, and other content you provide to the Service for AI processing.
- Communications: Emails, support requests, and other correspondence you send to us.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, actions taken, timestamps, and interaction patterns within the Service.
- Device and Browser Information: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use minimal cookies for session management and basic analytics. See Section 7 for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide the Service: Process your inputs through AI agents, generate outputs, and deliver the core functionality of the platform.
- Process Payments: Manage subscriptions, billing, and invoicing through Stripe.
- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Provide Support: Respond to your inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer support.

- AI Processing Data: Content inputs submitted to AI agents are not permanently stored by default. They are processed in real-time and discarded after the output is generated.
- Usage and Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
- Billing Records: Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
